With his teammates Cam Reddish and RJ Barrett declaring for the NBA draft, it was a surprise to pretty well no one when he announced today that he would be entering the NBA Draft this upcoming season, according to ESPN.

Williamson was the AP Player of the Year, Naismith Award victor and Wooden Award victor among his many accolades this season. On Monday afternoon, though, Williamson posted on Instagram that his time in Durham had come to an end.
