Barcelona could sell Philippe Coutinho in order to bring Neymar back

They spent the money they received for him on Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho and are in the expensive process of regenerating their stadium and the surrounding area.

Manchester United could be looking to pull off a shock move for the former talisman of their bitter rivals, and bring Philippe Coutinho to Old Trafford.

The Brazilian arrived at the Nou Camp from Liverpool last January in a deal worth £142m.

United are interested in signing the Brazilian worldwide in this January transfer window.

Saudi Arabia , the world´s top oil exporter, is the third biggest crude producer after the United States and Russian Federation . The audit was carried out by Dallas-based consultancy DeGolyer and MacNaughton.

And that could be bad news for Liverpool, who included a number of clauses when they sold him in just over a year ago.

Marca are reporting that Coutinho's confidence has taken a massive hit after his recent performances and that he's now at "rock bottom".

Their displays have meant that Coutinho has been unable to nail down a position either in midfield or as part of the front three.

Seeking an opportunity, United have made their interest known to the player's representatives should he seek a move, according to reports in Spain.

According to The Mirror, Liverpool pocket £4.4m every time Coutinho plays 25 La Liga games for the club up to a maximum of 100 appearances.

The Spanish giants parted with £145million to prise Coutinho away from Anfield, in the same season the Reds went on to reach the Champions League final. The club paid that last season and will be due to pay the same amount this season - but only if Coutinho is still at the club.

He's now played 34 at the time of writing, meaning the first payment has already been triggered - while Barca have already paid £4.4 million after qualifying for this season's Champions League and will do so again if they are in Europe's premier competition again next year as expected.
