Hudson-Odoi Urged to Stay at Chelsea by Sarri

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri does not think joining Bayern Munich would be a good move for Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi. "I don't know the situation with the club, but I'm happy with the player".

But Sarri said his team deserved better, labelling their performance "one of the most important" of the season.

"In my opinion, he needs to go", said Sarri.

Salihamidzic told reporters on Bayern's winter training camp in Doha: "He's a very interesting player that we absolutely want to sign". Quizzed on whether the 18-year-old should move to the Bundesliga giants, Sarri disagreed, saying: "I don't think so. Why?"

"He is ready (but) I can play with only two wingers".

He added: "But I am not in charge of all these questions and I don't want to speak to a player about something that doesn't depend on me". We're all ready and all determined to work our hardest out there. He is likely to be involved in the game at Wembley as Ruben Loftus-Cheek faces a spell on the sidelines, and with Pedro and Willian unlikely to be able to complete 90 minutes.

"But unless we're talking about Wayne Rooney and [Marcus] Rashford, there really aren't that many tremendous players who are regulars and are playing a lot of football two years before they turn 20". He can play but of course, sometimes he will be on the bench, like Willian or Pedro, but now I can start to consider him at the same level.

"Now we know very well if we approach the same there's no solution for us".

Ramsey set to cash in with Juventus move
Chelsea's policy is to never sell when a player's perceived value is low, so instead they organise a loan first. Once Ramsey's choice is made, he is expected to sign a pre-contract agreement and undergo a medical this month.

Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson, former England Under-17 team-mates of Hudson-Odoi, have made a huge impression this season at Borussia Dortmund and Hoffenheim respectively.

The Cagliari midfielder, who is apparently rated at £45m, has been linked with the Blues as a possible replacement for Cesc Fabregas.

Victor of two FA Youth Cups with Chelsea, as well as the Under-17 World Cup with England, Hudson-Odoi made his first team debut last January in an FA Cup tie with Newcastle.

Former Warrior Patrick McCaw plans to sign with Raptors
After passing on the Golden State Warriors' qualifying offer this summer, McCaw found it hard to find another offer. The Raptors announced Thursday that the club had signed McCaw, although terms of the deal were not disclosed.
