What to Expect From Apple's October Mac Event

What to Expect From Apple's October Mac Event

These new iPad Pros will include a version of the A12 Bionic CPU found within iPhone XS and iPhone XR. Details about those new Macs, however, are less than what we've heard for the new iPad Pros which will undoubtedly be the stars of that show.

Apple's new iPad Pro is expected to feature minimized bezels and possibly a display notch depending on what rumours you believe. The iPad Pro models, which have larger screens, better cameras, and faster processors, are more expensive, which has sustained revenue growth. According to Kuo, the new iPad Pro models will have slim bezels, with displays that stretch almost edge to edge, similar to new iPhone models like the iPhone XS. Face ID will be used for unlocking the new iPad, and the Home button and fingerprint scanner will be removed. The new devices could step-up the game and give Apple a bigger chunk of the ever shrinking PC and tablet market. That will leave the iPhone as the only high profile Apple device to use the Lightning connector.

The new iPad Pros could also sport a more boxy design, reminiscent of the much-loved iPhone 4, and an all-metal aluminium back.

Rather than hosting the press in California as it usually does, Apple is coming right to PCMag's backyard here in New York City.

The Chicago Bulls are off to an 0-3 start to the season and their defense has been as bad as everyone anticipated. Payne scored 17 points Saturday against Detroit, matching his highest point total since joining the Bulls.

It's unclear if Face ID will only work in portrait or landscape mode, or if Apple has figured out a way for it to identify faces in either orientation.

Of course, this email may be a red herring and Apple may just ship out a normal MacBook Air come the end of next week, but as they say, there's no smoke without fire.

It's been over a year since Apple first teased its homegrown wireless charging pad that could handle multiple devices at once, including iPhones and the Apple Watch. Unnamed sources also mention a custom Apple graphics chip will debut for the first time, but in an iPad.

The iPad Pro update comes at an important time for the device, which hasn't been refreshed since mid-2017.

However, reportedly Western Suburbs players allowed Warner to return. "Told the umpire 'I'm removing myself from the game".

An Apple-focused French blog, Consomac, spotted a filing Apple made in the Eurasian Economic Union for various MacBooks and Macs, but four of the model numbers listed are for unknown products, including three Macs that have yet to be revealed. The low-priced replacement, which may or may not keep the "Air" designation (it could also be a cheaper addition to the 30cm MacBook line) will include a screen that's roughly 33cm in size, but with thinner bezels around the display to reduce the laptop's overall footprint.

Similar to the MacBook Air, Apple's pint-sized Mac Mini desktop computer hasn't been updated for years. Some or all of these products could debut at Tuesday's event. Or are you more interested in the new low-priced MacBook?

Bloomberg also reports refreshed iMac, iMac Pro and 12-inch MacBook models with newer and faster processors are being worked but, and some of these "could be ready for the October launch".
