Satan-worshiping Polk girls plot stabbing attack at school, police say

Two middle school girls who admitted to a foiled plot to attack a Florida middle school were Satanists who wanted to drink the blood of their victims, according to police.

Authorities at Bartow Middle School in Bartow, Florida, said two girls - ages 11 and 12 - were about to carry out the deadly ritual on Tuesday afternoon. The girls also had a pizza cutter, police said.

According to officials, the 11- and 12-year-old girls said they were Satan worshipers and were going to drink the blood of the students they killed, and possibly eat their flesh.

It will be up to prosecutors to decide whether the girls will be charged formally as juveniles or adults, Deputy Police Chief Bryan Dorman said in an email on Wednesday.

Apple CEO launches scathing attack on tech companies that weaponise personal data
Cook warned that the trade in personal information "has exploded into a data industrial complex". Doubling down on this thought, he added: "We shouldn't sugarcoat the consequences".

Bartow Middle School administrators "saved" the school from the girls' weird scheme when the duo's absence from class triggered a search.

Messages found on the girls' cellphones indicated they planned to "leave body parts at the entrance" and commit suicide after the attack.

The girls reportedly hoped to kill at least 15 people in their stabbing spree.

Each faces several charges, including conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. Notices have been sent to the parents/guardians of students at Bartow Middle School informing them of the situation.

Langston said he fears the future impacts of this Republican reign. "I was underneath one of them, while the two laughed". On the witches' alter one could see candles and photos of the President, Justice Kavanaugh and Senator Mitch McConnell.

After the girls were caught, they told cops they had hatched the plot over the weekend and wanted to do it in the name of devil-worship.

The investigation revealed that the students armed themselves with knives, and planned on attacking fellow students during the school day.

"Today is sad - we have students who were plotting to kill other students", said Polk Schools Superintendent Jacqueline Byrd, who joined Hall at the news conference.

Their alleged plan was foiled when an automatic call from the school alerted one of the mothers to her daughter's absence from class. The teacher then reported the incident to the school principal, and the principal notified authorities.
