But he suggested responsibility lay higher up: "Well, the prince is running things over there more so at this stage".

The crown prince reportedly requested the call. "My delegation would like to denounce the statement by the special rapporteur". Saudi Arabia changed their account once again after claiming he died in a " fistfight " in the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul.
