Breast cancer survivor Audra Wright from Lisburn is on a mission to help raise awareness of the devastating disease.

Recognized as one of the leading breast cancer organizations in the world, NBCF's mission is to help women by providing help and inspiring hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services.

"People say you are a survivor and I don't agree with that because I never felt like I was in jeopardy", said Bauman, who went through four rounds of chemo and underwent a double mastectomy in April. A 3-D mammogram exam is nearly identical to the traditional mammogram, and women will notice little difference in the procedure if they've had mammograms in the past.
