There's a new Facebook 'Friend Request' hoax doing the rounds

"If a friend informs you that he or she has received a second friend request from you, this could indeed be an indication that your account has been cloned".

A warning about "another friend request" alerts Facebook users about potential account "cloning". This message is a hoax that is being spread around.

People across Facebook are sharing the information via messenger and their news feeds, but it's not an emergency - just an "amazingly inept" effort to warn people about a common Facebook scam, according to Hoax-Slayer.com.
