'The Situation' faces sentencing for tax evasion

The entire cast of Jersey Shore supported their costar Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino as he went to court on Friday, October 5, to be sentenced in his tax evasion case.

Sorrentino's brother, Marc, was sentenced to 24 months in prison and will have to pay restitution in addition to a $75,000 fine that must be paid within 30 days.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino will be sentenced Friday after pleading guilty to charges of tax evasion in January. They were charged in 2014 with tax offenses related to almost $9 million in income.
