Patriots' Josh Gordon Trade: Terms of Browns' Deal

Patriots' Josh Gordon Trade: Terms of Browns' Deal

The decision to trade Josh Gordon now seems a odd one by the Browns. The Patriots are finalizing a deal to trade for Gordon, according to a report.

Talent has never been a question with this 2013 First-team All-Pro, but Gordon, 27, comes with heavy baggage, which is why his time with the Browns is over. This summer, Gordon missed a portion of Cleveland's training camp as part of his "overall health and treatment plan".

The move came after word surfaced Saturday the Browns were unhappy with Gordon after he showed up late at the team facility with a hamstring injury that was not suffered during practice that week. So, who did the Patriots decide was expendable with the addition of Gordon?

"I hate to determine it a relief", Jackson said.

Belichick has a long history of reclamation projects with castoffs, including Randy Moss, Chad Johnson and Aqib Talib.

There's no denying Gordon comes with more than a little baggage.

Ronaldo gets off the mark for Juventus
Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri believes Cristiano Ronaldo will score his first Serie A goal against Sassuolo on Sunday. We had the game where we wanted it, but we started playing as individuals and not as a team'.

The Patriots are extremely thin at the wide receiver position now, and as such, they're going to make a play at a very talented player that just never really panned out.

Still, he's regarded among his peers as one of the game's most talented players.

After leading the National Football League in receiving yards with 1,646 in 2013, Gordon has played only 11 games since, including five last season and one this year. On Sunday, the team played with three - Chris Hogan, Phillip Dorsett and Cordarrelle Patterson. "We see what he does when he's on the field".

Phillips , known for the Hangover trilogy , is directing a standalone film on the Joker with Joaquin Phoenix in the lead. It's hard to gauge much from this image, which looks like a cross between Phoenix in Inherent Vice and Jim Carrey as Mr.

If Gordon lands in New England and can stay on the field - and that's a big "if" - he could be an instant threat for the Patriots.
