Massive OnePlus 6T Leak: Spces, Price and More

If you really need a 3.5mm headphone jack, Samsung and LG are still onboard. OnePlus, unlike many companies, chose to keep the jack on its flagship smartphones even in 2018, but it looks like the company will part ways with one of the most divisive features in today's smartphones when it launches the OnePlus 6T in Q4 2018. Just as I was with the Pixel 2, I find myself disappointed that one of the last headphone jack holdouts in the smartphone business is about to fold.

In its press note unveiling the Type-C Bullets, OnePlus quotes its survey to specify that while in early 2017, 80% of users used in-jack headphones regularly, that number dropped drastically in 2018 with 59% of users switching to wireless headsets. OnePlus announced the new audio product this morning, suggesting that they've made "several big improvements and changes to the Type-C Bullets to deliver a crisp and powerful sound" over their Bullets V2 product. The company also favours Type-C over 3.5mm jack as there is minimal loss of quality in the former option. In that case, OnePlus has you covered.

Mobile and Ericsson join forces with $3.5 billion 5G agreement
On Tuesday, the nation's third largest wireless provider matched that investment through a similar agreement with Ericsson . Both European vendors have undoubtedly benefited from the U.S. clampdown on Chinese rivals Huawei Technologies Co.

Speaking to TechRadar, OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei said that jacking in the jack is all about making the best smartphone experience, and that "making a great phone doesn't mean putting every component available into the device". The OnePlus 6T display will also include a "light-sensitive" fingerprint sensor embedded under the panel and a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 6 on top for protection.

He's partly not anxious because he said that removing the headphone jack has allowed them to include a bigger battery that will be "substantial enough for users to realize". The question is, will OnePlus still receive the same backlash as the other companies that have done this?

Why Barcelona failed to sign one of their top targets
Ajax director of football affairs Marc Overmars has stated that Frenkie de Jong will not be departing Amsterdam in January. Reports claimed that Barcelona offered Ajax £25m for their midfielder but were told he was not for sale.

Thoughts on leaving the headphone jack behind, friends? Referring to the "new technology", we already know that the company is planning to add an in-display fingerprint scanner in the upcoming device.

Finau gets final spot on U.S. Ryder Cup team
Jim Furyk selected Tony Finau with his fourth and final captain's pick on Monday to round out the 2018 U.S. And that pick seems to be one of the toughest, coming down to either Tony Finau or Xander Schauffele .
