EA Rolling Out Origin Access Premiere Game Subscription Service On July 30

The second of those subscriptions, Origin Access Premier, was announced in June at E3, and yesterday it was confirmed that it launches next week.

This season it'll feature entire games for Federation Internationale de Football Association 19, Battlefield V, Anthem, Madden NFL 19, and days before they launch.

Game trials are now available to subscribers five days before release and that will be the case for the full versions for Premier members.

For users who plan to play multiple EA titles each year, and are hesitant to buy games before thoroughly testing them, the new subscription service may prove to be an attractive offer. The service shall retain player access to 'The Vault, ' EA's ever-expanding library of games. It's not a bad deal, but it's limited in scope, which is why it'll become Origin Access Basic when Premier debuts.

At present, EA has not revealed plans to add a new tier to its Xbox-only EA Access membership scheme. And if you end up not liking the game, you can simply move on without worry of all the money you paid. Hence, you must ask yourself if games like Anthem, Battlefield V, Madden NFL 19, and Federation Internationale de Football Association 19 are enticing for the price.

Upgrading to a Premier account still grants that 10% discount and Vault access, but in a freshly-published FAQ, EA says that subscribers will get "full, unlimited access to our games, starting five days before they launch". Unlike the traditional service, "Premier" will up the benefit to include newly released games. EA is betting the same business model will expand to games, and it's reportedly planning to launch its Origin Access Premier service on July 30 to get in on the action. The company will likely update it as time goes on.
