At Least 1 Person Attacked By Shark Off Fire Island

Two youngsters swimming in the sea along the Fire Island National Seashore in NY suffered puncture wounds to their legs in apparent shark attacks.

First responders found a tooth in the bite wound of a teenager bitten by what is suspected to be a shark off the coast of Long Island Wednesday.

13-year-old Matthew Donaldson was bitten by what is believed to be a shark off Atlantique on Fire Island when a wave knocked him off his boogie board.
