Bulls, Jabari Parker progressing on deal

According to ESPN, The Chicago Bulls are looking to add Jabari Parker to their young roster. Parker played in just 31 games a year ago.

Parker, a Chicago native, isn't expected to have an offer sheet matched by the Milwaukee Bucks.

In fact, with that hard cap in place, the Bulls even have an opportunity to come to terms with Parker on a deal that would effectively put him out of Milwaukee's reach. He had his second ACL surgery on his knee in February.

Bartelstein needed to get the Bucks to rescind the qualifying offer because an offer sheet has to be longer than two years. Maybe the Milwaukee Bucks chose to give Parker a sizable deal, or maybe another team will swoop in and pay the 25-year-old wing.

Beyond that, there are other questions surrounding Parker as a long-term option in Milwaukee, though, and debate over his fit would certainly apply equally in Chicago.

The agreement was consummated on Saturday, moments after Bucks GM Jon Horst removed the qualifying offer on the restricted free-agent forward and allowed him to become unrestricted. If the price was right, the Bucks may match the offer, but if it's too much (which it in all likelihood could be) the Bucks may not want to match it.

He instead answered John Roberts from Fox News. "To say that they are not a real network or "fake news" is also unfair", he said. Trump claimed that he didn't criticize May in his interview with The Sun , and he even called the report "fake news".

Parker is from Chicago, so it makes sense that he's interested in the Bulls.
