What Court Docs Reveal About Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's Custody Case

"I imagine there were some pretty serious warning signs before the judge made this ruling", he said.

In the immediate aftermath of the split, Jolie sought sole physical custody of all the children.

The estranged couple is parents to 16-year-old Maddox, 14-year-old Pax, 13-year-old Zahara, 12-year-old Shiloh and 9-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox together.

A USA summer schedule was also planned out so the children can spend time with both their mum and their dad between London and Los Angeles.

According to the court documents, the kids have to continue to see their therapist with Pitt, which Glass says is a positive step.

The judge further ordered Jolie to arrange a phone call with the kids and their doctors to explain to the children that "the court has determined that each of them are safe with their father". If things don't change, the judge added, there would be consequences for Jolie.

Brangelina worked through a summer schedule over the phone with their kids and two psychologists, with eldest child Maddox apparently allowed to choose how much time he spends with either parent due to his age.

'From the start, Angelina has been focused only on their health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately'.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's custody battle rages on!

The pair filed for divorce nearly two years ago.

The court stated that Jolie must allow the kids to have a relationship with their father and if she fails to comply to the new terms she risks losing primary custody. The children were most recently with their mother in London, where she is filming Maleficent 2. This comes after the incident in 2016 that led to Pitt being accused of child abuse (but he was cleared).

Hopefully the new custody agreement works out for the best for the sake of the children. TMZ reported that Pitt now is in London. The "Ocean's 13" star also has to spend time with each child at least twice during this 10-day period. On July 21, the kids will travel back to Los Angeles to be with their dad, before heading back across the pond on July 29 to join their mother.
