Star Fox is joining Ubisoft’s Starlink: Battle for Atlas

The game was originally shown off at Ubisoft's conference previous year alongside other titles that are set to be revealed over the next few months, including the upcoming Donkey Kong DLC expansion for Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. The Switch version will also include Switch-exclusive missions, as well!

The expansion will be made available exclusively to the Nintendo Switch version of the game, though Starlink will also launch on PS4 and Xbox One. While it initially presented itself as a somewhat generic spaceship combat sim, the neat twist is that you can attach model spaceships to your controller.

Ubisoft announced at E3 2018 that Star Fox will appear in the toys-to-life game Starlink: Battle for Atlas. The game will feature split-screen multiplayer for up to two players and seven "massive unique planets" to explore.
