McGregor: 'I regret my actions'

Conor McGregor and UFC president Dana White are overdue for a face-to-face meeting about his future with the company.

The Dubliner appeared in court following on from charges laid down in relation to the attack on a bus carrying UFC fighters and employees at the Barclays Center loading bay, in April.

His attorney told the judge that the UFC star is negotiating a plea deal with prosecutors.

Though if convicted, it could upend the immigrant status of the Dublin native coming to the US for future fights.

NKorea Paper: Trump Agreed to Lift Sanctions
The president did not explain how the death of an American while being held hostage in North Korea led to peace, however. Trump and Kim signed an agreement to work toward denuclearization, but it appears weaker than past deals that failed.

"I regret my actions that led to today", McGregor told reporters after the court appearance.

"I don't know what Conor has planned". I don't know what Conor and his team have worked on.

So there you have it, nothing much happened today, but hopefully there will be some closure to the case come July 26th, and we will see the Notorious back in the octagon sooner rather than later. McGregor's lawyer didn't return a message.

McGregor has not fought for the UFC since his TKO win over Eddie Alvarez in November 2016.

Clashes near Yemens Hodeidah as UN seeks truce
The United Nations fears that a battle in Hodeidah could be devastating for the estimated 600,000 people still living in the city. The three-year conflict has killed more than 10,000 people and displaced more than 3 million.

Since his last UFC, McGregor has competed inside a boxing ring against Floyd Mayweather, losing the fight on a 10th-round TKO.

McGregor had been stripped of the lightweight title just days before the attack and Nurmagomedov was gearing up to fight for the title, he eventually defeated Al Iaquinta to become the undisputed champion.

Of course, everything can change depending on what happens when McGregor appears in court on Thursday.

"It was nothing", Cowley said to Metro (U.K.) of the charges he and McGregor are facing.
