WatchOS 5 to have new updates for fitness and health

WatchOS 5 to have new updates for fitness and health

Undoubtedly, at its World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) the tech giant will reveal some of the new innovations in hardware and software which it has made in the past year.

However, there's still a lot of uncertainty: we are not entirely convinced a seemingly major announcement like the iPhone SE 2 would take place at a purely developer-centric event like WWDC, which usually is the stage on which new version of iOS, macOS, and watchOS debut.

iOS is Apple's most used, and most lucrative, operating system, so it tends to get the biggest chunk of time during these press events. The WWDC 2018, just like its predecessors, will give us our first glimpse of the new iPhone and the Mac softwares. The keynote is expected to focus on improvements to Apple's software, including iOS and macOS, and could see the company focus far more on stability and reliability improvements than feature and design upgrades, according to reports.

Neymar scores brilliant goal on comeback from injury with Brazil
Until Neymar stepped onto the pitch it was Croatia who had the best opportunities in a match that seemed headed for a boring draw. Neymar had injured his right foot playing for Paris Saint-Germain and underwent surgery in Brazil in early March.

If that sounds rather familiar, it's because Google's already announced something incredibly similar for Android P, its next mobile software iteration.

The WWDC 2018 will be opened by Apple CEO Tim Cook and it is going to be held at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, the same venue where Apple has been holding the developer event for years now. The suite offers tools to monitor smartphone usage, and lets you know how many times you've unlocked your phone, how much time you've spent on specific apps, and more.

This news comes from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, who has a pretty good track record with Apple leaks and claims the new tools are due to be shown off at WWDC next week.

39-yr-old Kerala woman under observation for Nipah symptoms dies
The death of Akihil triggered concerns as he was not in the contact list prepared by the health department. So far, a total of 196 samples have been tested for Nipah, of which 18 tested positive.

Apple also may introduce new ways to help people manage their health and assist apps in the use of augmented reality - the blending of digital images and information with a physical setting through the camera. Improvements are on the way for video calls and sending Animojis too. The company wants to spread more of that warm glow to its computers with a new feature that lets iPhone apps run on Macs, according to Bloomberg.

Apple has dealt with a number of scandals over the past year.
