Taheerah Ahmad, 39, is accused of binding and gagging her three daughters - ages 7, 9 and 11 - between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday at their residence in the 500 block of Mohawk Boulevard, Tulsa Police Officer Jeanne MacKenzie said.

Police told KJRH that it took the 9-year-old girl an hour to get to the family's home because she was duct-taped.

Officer MacKenzie said the two younger children had managed to escape and run to a relative's house for help, but that Ahmad had ultimately managed to abduct her youngest child. Ahmad, who has dark curly hair with highlights, is believed to be driving either a black 2005 Lexus RX3, with an Oklahoma paper tag, UD-4967 or a dark blue Ford sedan. Police issued an Amber Alert for the missing 7-year-old.
