Harry Anderson of 'Night Court' fame found dead in NC

Anderson, Post and Charlie Robinson - who played a court clerk on Night Court - all starred as themselves in a 2008 episode of 30 Rock titled "The One With the Cast of Night Court".

Anderson was a three-time Emmy nominee for his role as Judge Harry Stone in 'Night Court'. Mr. Anderson was a eulogist at Mr. Tormé's funeral in 1999.

The magician-turned-actor first made a name for himself on Season 1 of Cheers.

"I never auditioned for anything", Anderson told the Bradenton Herald.

Celebrities reacted to Anderson's death on social media Monday. He described Anderson as "this demented, semi-famous magician whom I happened to find hilarious".

Leafs winger Leo Komarov appeared to hurt his left knee in a collision with Miller in the second period and did not return. David Pastrnak leads Boston with four goals, Brad Marchand has five assists and Patrice Bergeron has seven shots on goal.

"Night Court" was a huge success for NBC and resided at the network for 9 seasons from 1984-1992. He even bought a comedy club in New Orleans, a city where he'd once worked as a street magician.

Anderson, a Newport native, was 65. He moved to California at the age of 16 to be with his father.

His childhood, though, was not bad, he said, adding that his dubious background should not be viewed any differently from his mother's.

Barry said on Twitter that Anderson "was a very talented guy, and, more important, a genuinely nice guy". "I don't draw any line".

He is survived by wife Elizabeth Morgan and his two children. Information about other survivors was not immediately available. He made several appearances on "Saturday Night Live" around this time. He hosted the show at the height of his fame, in 1985.

Mourinho greeted West Brom caretaker manager Darren Moore with a warm hug after the two teams had made their way onto the pitch. Albion secured the win thanks to a Jay Rodriguez header from Chris Brunt's corner as the home side failed to clear their lines.

Anderson eventually returned to live performance.

After Hurricane Katrina in 2005, though, tourism flagged and they were not able to keep their businesses alive. He grew up in NY and moved to OR when he was a teenager and said that's where he became a hippie.

"I had more people in my auto last night", Mr. Anderson said, a reference to the thin crowd at Oswald's.

A People magazine story in 2002 said Anderson disappeared from Hollywood and resurfaced as the owner of a New Orleans magic shop. He also had a nightclub in the French Quarter called Oswald's Speakeasy. "I can settle back and do what I want to do".
