Your Gmail May Have a Handy Self-Destructing E-Mail Feature Soon

Google is revamping the web version of its popular email service, Gmail.

The email was meant to prepare employees tasked with managing companies' G Suite apps - Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc. - to answer questions about the redesign as it's rolled out to personal accounts, meaning we could expect it to look noticeably different. A year ago 's mockup revealed Gmail adding quick actions when hovering over the message list.

But the fact that the agents were seeking documents related to the tape reveals a new front in the investigation into Mr. Of Trump , McKay said: "His attorney-client privilege is no greater than any other person who seeks legal advice".

Beyond that, judging by screenshots sent to TechCrunch, Gmail users will be able to choose when the email expires and disappears into the ether. For now, there's no clarity on when the new Gmail will roll out for public use. That's doubly the case when you consider that Gmail is also raiding Google Inbox for some more inspiration.

With the redesign, it's not clear whether Inbox will have much of a reason to stick around, but given the majority of Gmail users use the standard Web interface, it's probably a change for the better. This sidebar can display your Google Calendar, Google Keep for taking notes, or a list of your tasks. This week, a brand new design was leaked by TechCrunch for the web version of Gmail, along with several new features including Smart Reply from the web client, the ability to snooze emails, and offline support. Also, the new redesigned Gmail might be just around the corner, presently the redesigned Gmail has been seen on the Early Adopters Program.

The report further suggests that the Confidential Mode is said to allow the users to send self-destructing emails which can be set to prevent the recipient from downloading, forwarding, printing or even copying email content. Leaked screenshots reveal what's in store for browser users, including a number of new features that are now only available inside Google's mobile apps. This new security feature will give you, the sender, more control. It seems those users will have to think about upgrading soon, however, as the company is apparently killing these phones.
