Janice Dickinson Tells Jury That Bill Cosby Raped Her In 1982

For more on Janice Dickinson's testimony against Billy Cosby, see the video below.

On the stand, Dickinson described an incident in which she alleges comedian Bill Cosby raped her in a Lake Tahoe hotel room in 1982.

Constand was more composed and less emotional in giving her account this time than she had been last summer, when she first testified about what she said had happened at Cosby's house near Philadelphia.

Constand said she preferred homeopathic and alternative treatments and did not like swallowing any medicine, even over-the-counter remedies.

She discovered semen involving her thighs the next day she explained.

According to reports, another accuser said Cosby prodded her to drink two shots in his Las Vegas hotel suite, then had her sit between his knees and started petting her head. I felt my breasts being touched. He's charged with sexually assaulting a woman at his home in 2004. This is when she confronted him, she testified.

He is accused of drugging and molesting a woman named Andrea Constand, who had come to him for mentoring. The latest to share her story is model Janice Dickinson, who recounted her harrowing story that resounded other accusers.

"This is prosecution by distraction", Mesereau said. "I wasn't under oath when I wrote that book. Maybe you'll be too blinded by accusations".

Dickinson said she also went to rehab in 1982 - the same year as the alleged rape in Lake Tahoe - and Cosby called her there, as well as sent her two dozen red roses. She said Cosby told her, "Put them down". And more memorable than his scent was the symbol of power and decency he had long embodied to her.

Fenjves confirmed Dickinson's account in InTouch back in 2014: "I told her that we wouldn't be able to use any of it".

Here was America's dad on top of me, a happily married man with five children and I remember how wrong it was, how very, very wrong it was... "How very, very wrong it was". "I felt disgust, humiliated, ashamed..." Her pajamas were rendered askew. And I stood up because he said, 'You probably need to relax.' And when I stood up, my legs were not strong, and I began to panic a little bit. I was in shock.

The Bill Cosby retrial is slowly taking shape.

His bewildered look infused her with rage, she told the jury. "I mentioned that did not invite him to rape her".

"I only fly first-class", she remembered saying.

The former Temple University women's basketball executive says Cosby drugged and molested her in 2004, when he was a powerful trustee at the school.

When it was Mesereau's turn to cross-examine Dickinson, the intensity of the courtroom ratcheted up.

Russian court orders ban on Telegram app
In October 2017, a Moscow court charged 800,000 rubles or $13,000 on Telegram for refusing to meet the demand of FSB. In Indonesia, Telegram was blocked for reasons similar to those cited by Russian Federation .

Dickinson then clashed with Cosby's defence attorney Tom Mesereau during his cross-examination, in an exchange which USA media outlets described as "heated".

Cosby, who says he's legally blind, stared toward the sound of her voice, his mouth fixed in a stony frown. "Don't call me a liar". When he finished the call, she claims he climbed on top of her.

Baker-Kinney told the jury she was motivated by a desire to help other accusers, and that she's only relied on Allred as a media adviser and point of contact "to make sure I didn't get tripped up".

She was 23 in 1989 when her modeling agency arranged for her to meet "The Cosby Show" star.

In response, Dickinson claimed that the story in her book was made up. Prosecutors rebutted that by calling Baker-Kinney's greatest pal to the stand. Mary Chokran testified that once they talked concerning the alleged assault per week after it occurred, Baker-Kinney was "very distraught" and "upset in herself". And to walk in famous designer shows. "I did commercial work", she said. I remember his breath, the taste of his kiss it smelt like cigars and espresso...

The defense raised the same issue with Constand during her testimony in Cosby's first trial.

When Montgomery County prosecutors declined to prosecute Cosby over Constand's allegations in 2005, she accepted $3.4 million to settle a civil suit.

Supermodel Janice Dickinson turned on the charm for the judge overseeing Bill Cosby's trial Thursday, making the jurist blush as she gushed about what a great job he is doing.
