Mauricio Pochettino Provides Update On Injured Tottenham Star

Kane was awarded Tottenham's second goal in their 2-1 win over Stoke after appealing to the Premier League goal accreditation appeals panel with Christian Eriksen initially credited with the goal. After 14 games unbeaten there's no point talking about a player that did not play and was injured for a long time.

Kane was given the goal by the Premier League on Thursday after it was originally awarded to Christian Eriksen, taking his tally to 25 goals and keeping him in the race for a third successive Golden Boot.

Tottenham are next in action against the Premier League's champions-elect, Manchester City, on Saturday night.

Spurs away is never an easy task, given Mauricio Pochettino's side have lost just once at home this season and the match comes at a time when City's confidence could have been drained by an unusually negative week for Pep Guardiola's side.
