YouTube's latest app update adds Dark Mode for iOS devices

The company added the feature to the desktop version of YouTube previous year and has been met with much demand from consumers to implement the same feature in the mobile apps.

YouTube's update is reportedly being done to reduce glare and give the app a more "cinematic view" as its users consume videos and even movies on the platform.
