Bears sign Trey Burton

Bears sign Trey Burton

According to multiple reports, Burton is set to sign with the Chicago Bears when National Football League free agency begins on Wednesday. But as exciting as it's been to hear the news of guys like Michael Bennett and Haloti Ngata, the one player the Eagles are truly going to miss having around is Trey Burton.

According to Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Burton has signed a four-year deal with the Bears. Robinson has 202 catches for 2,848 yards and 22 touchdowns in 43 games in Jacksonville.

Mourinho happy with 'controlled' Manchester United performance vs Liverpool
Rashford received a rare start from manager Mourinho as it was only the 14th Premier League start for the forward. Lingard says he and Rashford accept an automatic start is never going to happen at a club the size of United.

Over the years, it's been hard for Burton to be consistent with production since he was always playing behind Brent Celek and Zach Ertz for the most part, but when seeing how effective whenever called upon, the Bears have plenty of reasons to be excited about their new tight end. Last season he caught fewer passes - 23 receptions for 238 yards - but hauled in 5 touchdown passes.

Burton, 26, has a special place in Eagles history because of his role in the " Philly Special".

Kyrie Irving considering sitting out to rest knee
Sunday night's game against the Indiana Pacers confirmed that Kyrie Irving is the latest Celtic to get bit. But it's obviously been giving him fits here and there for the 5-8 days or so".

The man who will be catching passes from Mitchell Trubisky threw the touchdown pass to Nick Foles in this year's Super Bowl, you'll recall, and he'll take that highlight to his grave.

If healthy, the 24-year-old receiver would give the Bears their first genuine playmaker at wide receiver since Alshon Jeffery left for the Eagles last offseason.

Mkhitaryan: I always enjoy playing with Aubameyang
A booming voice announced over the stadium's PA system that Arsenal had reached 1000 Premier League goals. The Gunners do not play in the league again until Sunday, 1 April when they entertain Stoke.

He'll join a tight end group that includes 2017 second-round pick Adam Shaheen.
