Kathy Griffin Books First US Shows Since Controversial Donald Trump Photo

Comedian Kathy Griffin says she'll be appearing in upcoming shows in NY and Washington.

The comic, 57, announced Friday her first string of US tour dates since she was photographed holding a bloodied, decapitated Trump head in an image that went viral and sparked massive backlash last May.

She explained, "I'm dipping my toes into touring again".

She appeared on HBO's "Real Time" with Bill Maher and announced she has booked several shows at New York City's Carnegie Hall right in "Trump's backyard".

'SNL': The Bachelor Breaks America's Heart By Abandoning Trump Conviction
And just as Arie Luyendyk Jr . broke Becca Kufrin's heart, SNL showed Mueller breaking America's heart by saying the case that that Trump campaign colluded with Russian Federation just might not be there.

It looks like Kathy Griffin is trying to make a bit of a comeback, nine months after her controversial photo shoot using a Trump prop.

"And Don Jr., like of all people Don Jr., that frickin' Cro-Mag, that barely human whatever his deal is, he goes on Good Morning America and says we don't just want to ruin Kathy Griffin's career, we want to decimate her".

Griffin, who said it was "a small, victorious announcement", didn't divulge the dates for her upcoming shows. She has also appeared on TV and on film numerous times, mainly in supporting roles.

Maher said last June, during the height of the backlash, that Griffin "was going for a laugh".

Free agent ace Arrieta, Phillies reach 3-yr deal
Yu Darvish served as one of the first chips to fall, signing a hefty free-agent deal with the Chicago Cubs in mid-February. The deal is pending a physical, according to Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia .

Griffin had multiple shows canceled and was sacked from her position as a host of CNN's New Year's Eve coverage in the aftermath.

The Secret Service even begun an investigation into the comedian and interviewed her.

Maher asked Griffin, "If you had to do it all over again, I assume you wouldn't take the picture?"

"There were times they took my devices".

March Madness: Two players will determine the result of UCLA-Arizona
Arizona outrebounded the Bruins - with stalwart Thomas Welsh (17 points and 17 rebounds) - by a margin of 10-1 in overtime. To win one against Arizona will be a tall task. "And he played like that today", Stanford coach Jerod Haase said.

Griffin has slowly been paving her way back into the spotlight. I didn't rape anybody. "I really want to thank you for being one of the first and only people to publicly say what happened to me was bullshit".
