Updates will be posted as they become available.

The student had attended the high school full-time in the past, according to the district. The school chose to lock the bathroom where the note was found and continue the school day as scheduled while the investigation took place, according to Fournier.

A student at Hillcrest High School, in the Jamaica Hills section, saw the image on February 27 that Sgt. Jessica McRorie described as having wording about "threatening to shoot up the school". They said they don't believe the shooting has anything to do with the school.

The school was evacuated and multiple teams of law enforcement officers disarmed the device. Tulsa Police and Campus Police did a full sweep of the school and determined that there was no credible threat and students were able to return to the building.
