In a letter to MSD High School students, signed by Lyft's co-founders John Zimmer and Logan Green, Lyft offered its services to all attendees, nationwide, of the March for Our Lives.

On March 24th, student survivors of the Florida school shooting are planning to march in Washington, demand stricter gun laws in an effort to prevent others from dying in a mass shooting.

Dean of Students Thomas Wooleyhan reported that a student had made threats to "shoot up the school" after doing poorly on a math assignment.

Brewster High School students are participating in the National School Walkout for common sense gun control on March 14 at 10 am.

The students said they believe that having more weapons on campus would not make the campus safer, but rather cause more anxiety because of the presence of more weapons.
