Steve Kerr disrespects Suns by letting players coach

To go along with their top players making fake Twitter accounts, and constantly receiving technical fouls, just last night the Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr pulled off one of the most disrespectful, unlikable decisions in the National Basketball Association in recent memory. The rest of the game unfolded as such, with different Warriors - David West, Draymond Green - taking advantage of the moment to become vocal leaders. With the win, Golden State improved to 43-13 overall and 21-7 at home.

Kevin Durant had 17 points and Klay Thompson 16 for the Warriors.

On Monday night against the Suns, Kerr handed some of the coaching reins over to the players, and the results were generally positive. They have 12 of the same 15 players as last season. But maybe Kerr is onto something here.

But when the live feed came back, Omarosa's housemates were discussing her injury, which led to a hospital trip. Shah also said the White House doesn't take her comments very seriously.

"I told them the other night after the last game [on Saturday] that we were going to do it", Kerr said, per ESPN. They've gotten off to particularly slow starts, which Kerr attributed to a lack of focus.

I'm not sure what this says about the Suns, but if this marks the return of the player-coach, I'm all for it. We can add Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue to the growing list to give an opinion. This time, both parties were not screaming at each other. "When you keep getting beat by 40, teams won't respect you". Meanwhile, the Miami Heat's Erik Spoelstra, the Mavericks' Rick Carlisle and the Houston Rocket's Mike D'Antoni are regarded as some of the game's greatest tacticians, perpetually leading barren rosters to overachieving seasons (and winning championships with talented rosters).

Obviously, Kerr is still coaching in-game, but when a timeout is called it's all on the players to make the necessary adjustments. It happened when Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard demanded coach Stan Van Gundy's departure in 2012.

Was Andre Iguodala auditioning to be a head coach?

The nine assists were the most for a player making his Suns debut since Stephon Marbury had 10 in 2001. He stood off to the side with his back turned while players took turns coaching. They'd dropped three of their last six games before Monday night. Three seasons ago this team exploded into the national consciousness and won its first title.

"They have to take ownership of it", Kerr said.

Joaquin Phoenix will play Batman villain The Joker in standalone DC movie
Imagine for a moment Phoenix's Commodus from Gladiator speaking with the Joker's singsong voice, and then try not to smile. Sources say the story will take place in the '80s and have more of the look of a gritty crime drama than comic-book movie.

"It's their team, and that's one of the first things you have to consider as a coach".
