Ford Rolls Out Updated Transit Connect Wagon In Chicago

Ford has reinvented the van for Baby Boomers whose idea of rocking doesn't involve a chair.

Ford Motor Company has revealed the 2019 Ford Transit Connect for the US market.

The interior of the cargo van features a unique raised roof, ideal to transport tall objects or people.

The Detroit automaker will add a 1.5-liter EcoBlue diesel engine as an option to its Transit Connect lineup with a targeted EPA-estimated fuel economy rating of at least 30 mpg highway.

The 2019 Transit Connect Wagon is available in two wheelbases to fit five or seven passengers and in three trim levels, XL, XLT and Titanium. Entry and exit are easy thanks to dual sliding doors.
