Go Red for Women is a program within American Heart Association whose mission is to raise awareness of cardiovascular diseases in women.

The American Heart Association has invited several national and local iconic landmarks to turn their facades red on Friday, Feb. 2, in support of the American Heart Association's National Wear Red Day to elevate awareness of heart disease.

February is American Heart Month, which aims to raise awareness about heart disease to help us all live longer, healthier lives.

Thousands of New Yorkers will participate in National Wear Red Day on February 2 by donating to the Go Red For Women campaign and taking steps to better understand their heart health. Everyone is encouraged to wear RED and share RED to support women's heart health.
