Jen Selter Got Kicked Off a Flight

An Instagram celebrity was allegedly kicked off an American Airlines flight after having a heated argument with the pilot.

They said the airline "offered her hotel accomodations and transportation, which she declined", adding that Selter "flew on American Sunday morning back to NY". (She added that she was "obviously being sarcastic.") Fellow passengers on the plane then interrupted the argument calling out the crew for "harassing" Jen.

In another video, Selter spoke to a fellow passenger on the plane who supposedly made a decision to leave the plane of her own accord due to the way American Airlines treated everyone during the quarrel.

"It was humiliating. They made me feel like a awful person, and I did nothing wrong", Selter the New York Post.

While another passenger went to the restroom, the Instagram model stood up, later claiming she had been trying to put her jacket up.

According to TMZ, Selter and her sister were on a delayed flight home for more than two and half hours.

That's when the flight attendant asked her if she wished to get off the plane, and Selter responded "yes".

While another passenger went to the bathroom, Selter chose to stand and reach for something in the overhead compartment, TMZ reports.

Jen Selter, who lives in NY and was on her way home from Miami International Airport, took to social media to post videos including one that shows a Miami-Dade police officer telling her that she has to get off the plane. "I did nothing wrong", reads one of her tweets.

American additionally said it offered Selter "lodging housing and transportation, which she declined". "The thing is, I saw what the guy did".

Some of her fans on Twitter are giving her some support, while others say that "there are two sides to every story".

A spokesperson for the airline told Newsweek Selter "was asked to leave the aircraft after a disagreement occurred".
