Praveen Togadia alleges plot to kill him, says voice being stifled

Praveen Togadia alleges plot to kill him, says voice being stifled

Hindu organisations have condemned the allegations made by Togadia against Gujarat, Rajasthan and central government. He claimed attempts are being made to frame him in fake cases and said that someone might be trying to get him killed in a fake encounter. "But on humanitarian grounds, we sympathise with him when he says there is a plot to kill him".

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) International Working President Pravin Togadia added, "Just like it happened during the Patidar agitation, when (then chief minister) Anandiben Patel said she did not order the lathicharge on agitators, this case is similar". "Now his life is in danger".

An arrest warrant was issued by Ahmedabad court recently against Togadia and he had appeared in the court on January 6 to get it cancelled.

"Only Togadia can reveal who was behind the conspiracy to kill him", Vaidya said, wondering how someone with Z-plus security can be eliminated in an encounter.

We're in that mode right now where we just need a win to get that confidence back and get our mojo back a little bit. At some point throughout a season, no matter how much went well before or after, the Cavs are going to struggle.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) worldwide working president Pravin Togadia claimed that he fled from his office after he got reports that a plan was being hatched to kill him in an encounter, said in a press conference on Tuesday.

VHP workers held protests in different parts of Ahmedabad and Surat demanding that the "missing" leader be traced soon. Police sources said they were studying CCTV footage from VHP office and other locations for more clues.

VHP spokesperson Jay Shah, however, claimed that Togadia was detained by the Rajasthan Police in an old case.

Some local leaders even expressed fear of his encounter by cops from Rajasthan and Gujarat. An oncologist himself, Togadia reportedly went missing from the VHP headquarters in the Paldi area in Ahmedabad.

On to the next game for ´proud´ Tottenham record-breaker Kane
Kane grabbed Spurs' second goal just after the break as he latched on to Heung-min Son's cross, finishing from close range. Irons captain Mark Noble broke the deadlock after 25 minutes but Joe Lolley equalised five minutes before half-time.

Bharwad told reporters: "Our International Working President Pravin Togadia is missing since 10 am today. As per my information, the police team of Gangapur (in Rajasthan) is returning without executing the arrest warrant, as he was not found in Ahmedabad", said Inspector General of Police, Bharatpur range, Alok Kumar Vashishtha.

He said it was not yet confirmed weather Togadia was arrested or not.

He alleged, "Gujarat and Rajasthan governments are using police power to reopen cases against me and keep me in jail".

"On whose orders are police is taking such action will be revealed by me at an appropriate time and with evidence", Togadia said. "But he has been recovering fast and is stable", said Dr Rupkumar Agrawal of Chandramani private hospital where he was found. But they said that it was hard as court issued it. "When Gujarat court issued a warrant against me, the chief minister (Vijay Rupani) here, or home minster (Pradeepsinh Jadeja) were not aware about it", he said.
