Nintendo Direct Mini January 2018: Every Nintendo Switch Game Announced

Nintendo held an early morning Nintendo Direct Mini, and we've got the whole thing for you to watch right here. Including a number of announcements.

The game will be called Kirby Star Allies and is set to release on March 16th. That and the visually impressive Kirby Star Allies.

"Nintendo Switch is the fastest-selling home console in history, and Nintendo is not taking our foot off the gas in 2018", said Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America's senior vice president of sales and marketing, in a statement. Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will be available for Nintendo Switch this Spring.

Quake with magnitude 7.6 hits Caribbean; damage being assessed
Despite the strength of th natural disaster , only minor damage has been reported so far, particularly in Honduras. An quake that registered at 7.6 on the Richter scale struck the Caribbean Tuesday night off the coast of Honduras.

Three remastered titles were also announced for the Switch, with updated versions of the Wii U titles Hyrule Warriors and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze coming in the spring, followed later in the year by a "Remix" version of the 2008 Nintendo DS title The World Ends with You.

Super Mario Odyssey will drop Luigi onto the top of a skyscraper in New Donk City, and if you find him you can play the new Balloon World mode. The sport title will be released this spring and promises to be a multiplayer go-to game, but with a single-player story mode too.

As Nintendo mentions, this new game appears to be a return of sorts to the GBA's Mario Tennis: Power Tour, which featured a surprisingly-deep RPG-like story.

Margot Robbie and Chris Hemsworth hilariously battle to be the 'Best Aussie'
Chris and Margot soon got stuck into the competition, offering their best Crocodile Dundee impressions, for which they tied.

In a surprise move, Nintendo announced a host of games coming to the Nintendo Switch in the next few months. It's a living, breathing world that players will explode using motion controls of the Joy-Con's in order to sing the song of the forest, its inhabitants, and the plants within as they unlock new abilities. Since the release of the new console, the Switch has been able to stagger the release of new original games and re-releases from the Wii U. Some new announcements in the presentation were expected, such as re-releases of Wii-U games for the Switch. Previously announced for other platforms, this is the first news of the IP reaching the Nintendo Switch. Donkey Kong is entering the turn-based strategy game, with a new story to boot. Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is out on the Nintendo Switch this summer. Surprisingly, you didn't actually play as established Mario characters, but instead as new human characters like Alex and Max (not the most memorable Mario characters, I have to say).

PayDay 2 will cost $49.99 Dollars when it hits the Nintendo Switch on February 28.

Celeste is a hard 2D side scroller that features over 300 levels to master. the title will feature an assist mode and feature numerous hard trials for the platformer enthusiasts.
