Kerr calls Ball's father a Kardashian

Kerr calls Ball's father a Kardashian

Being that Walton is a former assistant on the Warriors staff and someone Kerr considers friend, he chose to stand up for his pal but ended up throwing LaVar Ball under the bus in the process.

While Walton has since joked that he took Lonzo out of a game early because of LaVar's trash-talking, Dallas Mavs head coach Rick Carlisle did not find the situation amusing and neither did a number of coaches who reportedly asked their clubs to revoke credentials of reporters who interview LaVar Ball.

Steve Kerr is not a fan of the media's decision in keeping up with LaVar.

In a Tuesday morning attempt to advance the ball on Rick Carlisle's dismantling of ESPN's love affair with the eloquently obnoxious LaVar Ball, I asked the Dallas Mavericks coach whether there is a "slippery slope" in his position as the president of the NBA Coaches Association "trying to dictate" content to the network.

Hulu Renews Marvel's Runaways & Future Man For Second Seasons
The story of " Runaways ", revolves around six diverse teenagers who can barely stand each other. The announcement came one day prior to the release of the Marvel's Runaways season one finale.

On Monday, Kerr offered an eloquent but scathing response to Ball's comments, comparing Ball to the Kardashians and blaming today's society for the interest in him. Where we're going is we're going away from covering the game, and we're going toward just sensationalized news.

Ball made the comments to ESPN from Lithuania, where he is helping his two younger sons settle in playing for BC Vytautas. It's not even news, really. But if you package that irrational nonsense with glitter and some ribbon, people are going to watch.

"I've talked to people in the media and said 'Why do you guys have to cover that guy, '" said Kerr.

So somewhere, I guess in Lithuania, LaVar Ball is laughing. It doesn't matter if there's any substance involved in an issue. Do you know how many parents of my players have probably been at home like, 'Man, he should be playing my kid.' And yet, we're sticking a microphone in his face because, apparently, it gets ratings. "I've never had an issue with anybody's who's criticized me".

U.S. drops change on H-1B visa rule, relief for tech workers
This announcement by USCIS has brought vast relief for 750,000 Indians, who were assuming a possible deportation, if that rule was passed.

Ball's latest comments seem to have crossed a line for many people in the National Basketball Association.

Detroit Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy has really gotten sick of it and his tone suggested he's willing to boycott ESPN for their actions.

LaVar Ball has become a media sensation.

. "I was thinking about ESPN, and they laid off, I don't know, 100 people. It's been going on for many, many years, and it's really, I think, invading the sports world now".

It's worth noting that Dunham has consistently been in hot water for her reported lack of cultural sensibility and blatant tone-deaf views on feminism.
