A police report for "The Real Housewives of New York City" star Luann de Lesseps completed two nights before Christmas described Lesseps' attempt to escape by removing her handcuffs in a patrol auto, CBS News reports.

De Lesseps was arrested Sunday in Palm Beach after kicking a police officer and saying, "I'm going to kill you all", a prosecutor said.
