John Cena Sued By Ford For Selling $500k Supercar

According to Detroit's WXYZ, Ford has filed a lawsuit against the pro wrestler alleging "breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment", after Cena took delivery of the custom-colored Ford GT, and promptly sold it for some unknown profit. Owners had to promise they wouldn't flip it for a profit.

According to court documents, Cena had the GT delivered on September 23, 2017, and by October 20 he had already sold it.

The luxury auto features an ecoboost V6 engine made entirely of carbon fiber, making it an extremely light vehicle.

After the shooting, the Roseville police department detained Reynolds and Minnesota officials questioned her about the incident. Officer Jeronimo Yanez , who shot Castile and was accused of second-degree manslaughter, was acquitted in June.

Ford is demanding Cena forfeits all profits from the sale, and is suing for damages.

To help improve their brand, Ford only gave the GT to big celebrities and Ford enthusiasts who would talk up their rides.

Ford want any profits he made on the 2017 Ford GT to be returned.

The second Test - the first day-night - will be played in Adelaide with a pink ball and starts at 04:00 GMT on Saturday. At that time, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) said the Durham player would not be selected "at this stage".

By signing this Order Confirmation Form you are verifying the following:. Ford declined to comment through spokesman Wes Sherwood but said that "all Ford GT customers sign contracts, which include an agreement not to sell the vehicle for at least two years". "Moreover, the unlawful resale bypassed a line of people waiting to purchase the vehicle through the Program, thus affecting Ford's goodwill and customer relationships". While he said that it was so good he "needs a new change of trousers", it also looked like a pretty tight squeeze in there for the big guy.

Ford is now suing the professional wrestler due to the potential loss of brand sale and other things that could damage their reputation with customers. When the automaker told him he had violated the agreement, he allegedly texted the company saying: "I completely understand and as stated am willing to work with you and Ford to make it right".
