'My son was tortured', alleges accused juvenile's father; CBI denies

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Sunday said that its investigation in to the murder of Ryan International School student Pradyuman Thakur has revealed that the Gurugram Police destroyed evidence, and made a false arrest when it said that bus conductor Ashok had killed the boy. Shop owner Pawan would have become a crucial witness if he had identified the juvenile.

According to CBI sources, within weeks of initial investigation, their prime suspect was the class XI standard student and not the bus conductor, who was arrested on the day of murder by Gurugram police. They also alleged a larger conspiracy behind the murder and said that they want the CBI to file a charge sheet soon.

The CBI was able to piece together elements of the crime by analysing CCTV footage, scientific and forensic examination, analysis of the crime scene and by questioning students, teachers and staff members of the school. The agency alleged that policemen wrongly planted the knife at crime spot in the school bus conductor Ashok Kumar. Given the hamhanded way it was found to have probed the Aarushi-Hemraj killing, it's moot whether it should be involved in solving whodunits like the Ryan School murder.

Saudi Arabia urges urgent Arab League meeting on Iran
The National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Majlis, the Iranian parliament, also responded to the French President. The French leader alleged that it was " obviously is an Iranian missile", which "shows precisely the strength of their program".

A Gurgaon juvenile court on Saturday sent the boy to Faridabad observation home till November 22.

"Since the investigation is at a very sensitive stage, we would not like to offer any comment at this stage on any aspect of the probe", said CBI spokesman Abhishek Dayal.

Teachers had noticed the suspect - reportedly under psychiatric evaluation over anger issues - bringing a knife to school four days before the murder, but the Gurugram police did not give any importance to this crucial bit of information, sources said.

The Nintendo Switch's success, though, leaves an uncertain future for the handheld lineup of the iconic Japanese powerhouse. According to a recent Wall Street Journal story, that number is set to increase exponentially in 2018.

Meanwhile, the father of the accused claimed that his son was being tortured.

Earlier on Thursday, sources said that CBI was also probing the involvement of another student of the school in the sensational murder. "The CBI is trying to frame my son in a fake case", said Vinod Raghav, the father of the juvenile.

The suspect student was produced before the juvenile court on Wednesday which allowed the police to question him.
