Lawsuit Drafted Against Mariah Carey Alleging Sexual Assualt

Michael Anello, the president of Anello Security & Consulting, accuses Carey of not just "sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Aiello." as it alleges in his lawsuit acquired by the editor of TMZ.com, but it also states that Nick Cannon's ex-wife owes Aiello's firm nearly $700K in back payments.

Anello claims Carey regularly called him a skinhead, Nazi, white supremacist, and KKK member, according to TMZ.

On one event amid an excursion to Cabo San Lucas, it's asserted Carey asked for Anello's assistance with moving some gear in her room. He says she stiffed the company over $200,000 and broke a promise of another two years work that would have totaled another $511,000.

Mariah's team reportedly have no information on the sexual harassment claim at this point in time.
