Manchester City Need Some Luck In Champions League Believes Bernardo Silva

The odds overwhelmingly favour a City win, although the last time they visited Dutch soil they lost 3-1 to Ajax in the group stage in 2012.

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure was not included in the squad that travelled to the Netherlands for the Champions League game at Feyenoord for "sporting reasons", manager Pep Guardiola has said.

City famously travel in style thanks to their partnership with Italian fashion brand DSQUARED2, who have dressed the club's players and coaching staff in their pre-match outfits for away Champions League matches since the two linked up last October.

Guardiola coached Toure at Barcelona, where the former Ivory Coast worldwide lost his place in the first XI and was transferred to City in 2010.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said Sunday the president also spoke with the governors of Alabama, Georgia and SC . Sustained winds will be 30 to 40 miles per hour with wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour when the winds peak.

Bernardo Silva acknowledges Manchester City will need a slice of luck if they are to compete for the Champions League title this season.

City have spent more than £200 million over the summer strengthening their squad after losing to Monaco in the last 16 last season.

Asked whether Toure would play soon, Guardiola said: "Hopefully - it depends on the player".

One player who could make an unexpected return to action is Ederson.

Power Outages Continue To Drop In Georgia After Irma
Widespread power outages are being reported by the area's three utility companies serving Bryan, Liberty and Long counties. According to reports, more than 1.4 million Georgia homes and businesses lost power during the height of the storm Monday.

Guardiola, meanwhile, confirmed that Ederson has travelled to Holland and could line-up against Feyenoord despite having stitches in his face following his clash with Liverpool's Sadio Mane last weekend.

Ederson wore a headguard to protect the affected area during training.

Vincent Kompany has also been left behind because of a calf injury but goalkeeper Ederson Moraes is in contention despite suffering a facial injury in Saturday's 5-0 victory over Liverpool.

The Brazilian goalkeeper has been training in a scrum cap and Guardiola will leave it until tomorrow to decide if to start with him or not. "Of course that can happen but we will see".
