Trump betrays 'dreamers' on DACA

Fresh off Donald Trump's recent decision to rescind former President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, the administration is now considering removing protections for hundreds of thousands more immigrants.

When we talk about the program known as DACA, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, we say the number 800,000.

BECERRA: Well, I think it's been tested over time.

If you think that looks like it's in any way heightened, have a look at the below. Seth Rogen , Zac Efron , Alison Brie and Lizzy Caplan also appear in the film.

Manchin is the only Democratic senator to stand by Trump on this matter. Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson, who along with 15 other attorneys general across the country filed a lawsuit last week to protect DACA grantees, says losing DACA would economically hinder the state, placing an unfair burden on small businesses that have trained and employed numerous almost 18,000 DACA recipients in the state.

But now the clock is ticking for Congress to deal with this issue. And certainly there's a strong claim that the federal government has acted arbitrarily and capriciously in terminating this program that some 800,000-plus people in this country have relied upon to their detriment in order to be able to come out of the shadows. We will continue to take all necessary steps so that our students can pursue their educational goals here at F&M, including vigorously protecting the privacy of all our students to the extent that the law allows. That includes funding for legal services, which are now in high demand by DACA recipients uncertain about their future.

"I feel a bit frustrated because we haven't done anything".

Plane crashes into tree after takeoff
Plainville police say the 1981 Cessna 172 crashed behind a business that is adjacent to Robertson Field Airport. It shows the plane coming in low, catching a wing on a tree, then spinning and slamming to the ground.

Most importantly, he said, it's unfair to punish people who were brought here as children without any choice. But there is the much larger issue of what to do with the estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants already living in the United States, as well as the policy for accepting immigrants in the future. "I don't want to bind us into a construct that would make the conclusion on DACA impossible". We're interested in making sure families feel really good about producing and building here in California.

The Justice Department has said the rescinding of DACA was based on the "rule of law", and has vowed to defend the administration's opinion in court.

As a result, the Trump Administration's policy means that the nation is turning its back on immigrants who contribute to the American economy and society and who've basically spent their whole lives in the US. If you believe, like some, that our current president is an "evil man,"as explored in a Huffington Post article, then someone worse could easily come into office after him and flat out deport all of these people".

Pizza Hut bashed after store threatened workers fleeing Irma
By Monday, swaths of the city were submerged, with Irma causing the worst flooding in Jacksonville since 1965. Lenny Curry, the city's mayor, had ordered about 264,000 residents in some areas to evacuate before Saturday.
