Huckabee Sanders suggests DOJ should investigate Comey

Sanders, who defended the Comey firing in response to criticism from former chief strategist Steve Bannon, did not specify what testimony she was citing.

Tom Bossert, President Donald Trump's homeland security adviser, would be one of the people taking the lead, Marketwatch reported.

"I would think he is pretty well versed on what happened, and I think it is pretty clear to all of America", she said. The press secretary said these revelations were proof that Trump made the correct choice after the fact.

Sen. Lindsey Graham told Fox News' Catherine Herridge last week that he wants to bring back Comey to Capitol Hill, over concerns about Comey's statements on the conclusion of the Clinton email case. She also said the Department of Justice should consider prosecuting him. "That's the job of the Department of Justice - and something they should certainly look at".
