Barcelona taking action against Neymar over world-record move to PSG

The Brazil worldwide made the move to the French club after they met his buyout clause earlier this month.

"FC Barcelona has started these proceedings to protect its interests following Neymar's decision to buy out his contract just months after he signed an extension until 2021".

PSG signed Neymar for a world record €222m (£203m) earlier this month.

Barcelona, Neymar and his father and agent, Neymar Sr, are embroiled in a dispute over bonuses included in the five-year contract renewal he signed in 2016.
