Trump again cites 'military' option against North Korea

As the crisis has unfolded, Trump has alternated praising China for its help and chiding it for not doing more.

Earlier this week, President Donald Trump responded to information that North Korea may now be able to miniaturize nuclear weapons. As China reissues its calls for calm between the USA and North Korea and warns Donald Trump not to "play with fire". That's the question actor Kal Penn wants answered.
