Secret Service Spent $13500 On Golf Cart Rentals For Trump Trip

U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday said his administration is drafting up paperwork to officially declare the opioid crisis a national emergency.

The Weekly Standard reported Wednesday that the White House, including the president's national security team, did not help Trump prepare his remarks on North Korea, which were delivered ahead of a meeting on the opioid crisis in the US and prompted by new reports that North Korea has escalated its nuclear program.

The decision will not only take action against alleged Chinese violations of United States companies' intellectual property rights, but also could be perceived as an attempt by the United States government to crank up the pressure on China to leverage its influence in tempering North Korea's increasingly aggressive posture.

Trump earlier showed no contrition about his remark on Wednesday that aggression by North Korea would be met with "fire and fury like the world has never seen".

Kizer finished the game 11 of 18 for 184 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions playing the entire 2nd half of the game. In the 4th quarter, on 4th down, DeShone Kizer completed a 45-yard pass to Jordon Payton for the go-ahead Brown's touchdown.

"We're getting close. We're getting very close", Trump told reporters at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, on Thursday. "And if anything happens to Guam, there's gonna be big, big trouble in North Korea". If he doesn't get repeal and replace done and if he doesn't get taxes done - meaning cuts and reform - and if he doesn't get a very easy one to get done, infrastructure - if he doesn't get them done, then you could ask me that question.

"Kim Jong Un freezes any nuclear tests and any missile launches - we mean ballistic missiles - and the US and South Korea freeze large-scale military exercises", Lavrov said, adding that North Korea regularly uses the drills to justify its missile tests and nuclear program. "The whole of the Security Council has come together behind that, and I think that we should see the President's public comments as one of the strands, one of the many strands of USA activity". The second reason there's no good military option is because North Korea has in addition to nuclear weapons, chemical weapons as well. If he starts a war with North Korea without congressional approval, that would be grounds for impeachment.

- Trump restated his ultimatum to North Korean leadership to stop threatening the United States or "face fire and fury like the world has never seen".

ZELDIN: Well, if the North Koreans know that significant - I believe that what really triggered North Korea this week primarily was the action at the U.N. Security Council last weekend, that North Korea was going to be amping up their rhetoric and their threats this week exclusively based on the U.N. Security Council resolution, if not for anything else.

That list initially included multiple teams, but it is now being reported that Irving has narrowed down his options. In a fitting bit of irony, it appears that the NBA All-Star point guard wants to play for the Los Angeles Clippers.

He said he wouldn't discuss any potential military options, but he did say the USA would retaliate if North Korea attacks Guam, which is a US territory.

"President Trump was informed of the growing threat last December, and on taking office his first orders to me emphasized the readiness of our ballistic missile defense and nuclear deterrent forces", Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said in a statement Wednesday.

"I think China can do a lot more".

Just last month marked 64 years since the end of the Korean War when the US came to the aid of South Korea after it was invaded by the north. In discussions with advisers beforehand, he had not run the specific language by them, though he had talked over possible responses in a general way. "We're going to save a lot of money".
