Sean Spicer reportedly swiped mini-fridge from junior White House staffers

"But there were a lot of skits on late night television that I had to crack up at.But sometimes it goes from amusing to mean".

Spicer told Hannity that a lot of the sketches - which stretched over multiple episodes of the most recent season of the hit NBC show - were "over the line".

Melissa McCarthy, a member of SNL's elite five-timers club, made her debut as Sean Spicer on Saturday Night Live in February.

Priebus also appeared on Fox News with Hannity and tried to put a positive spin on his friend's departure. For several weeks Spicer has not conducted the usual on-camera White House briefings.

Spicer previously addressed SNL's impression of him in April, saying he was "usually fast asleep" by the time SNL aired, and calling actor Alec Baldwin's impression of President Trump "mean".

"When it's amusing, it's amusing", said Spicer.

While it's certainly sad that Spicer went out in such a blaze of glory and suffered through so much, the real tragedy is this-what will Melissa McCarthy do now? It wasn't amusing. It was stupid, or silly, or malicious.

Spicer went on to say that his "thick skin" got him through the late-night roasting. Re-live all the presidential hilarity in the video below, Spicey out!

"It wasn't amusing, ' Spicer told Hannity of his views on McCarthy's 'Spicey" impression.

The Washington Post reported earlier this week that the UAE orchestrated the hack, citing U.S. intelligence officials. UAE ambassador Yousef Al Otaiba said via Twitter that "UAE had no role whatsoever in the alleged hacking".

White House chief of staff Reince Priebus, who was interviewed later in the segment, echoed similar sentiments about media bias and agreed with Spicer on the "over the top" nature of being parodied on late-night TV and SNL. "They're still very important to the president", Preibus said. "Just look at his great television ratings".
