Douglas Luiz completes move from Vasco da Gama to Manchester City

City confirmed that the midfielder passed a medical in Manchester this week and has now put pen-to-paper on a five-year contract.

According to reports, Luiz cost Manchester City a fee of $12 million, and will head out on loan to Spanish club Girona who was newly promoted to La Liga this year.
