Wreck-It Ralph 2 has Disney princess and Star Wars cameos

Fans at D23, Disney's fan expo in Anaheim, California, were treated to the global debut of a work-in-progress scene from Rich Moore and Phil Johnston's Wreck-It Ralph 2 on Friday.

As a little fun gift to all her many, many fans, Disney interviewed the likes of Heidi Klum, Rachel Zoe, Kendall Jenner and dozens of fashion designers to talk about Edna's lasting influence. Her game, Sugar Rush, breaks so Vanellope and Ralph travel to the internet to find a replace part. In the scene, Vanellope banters with a group of princesses from Disney's animated stable, including Ariel, Mulan, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Anna and Rapunzel - all of whom will be voiced by their original actors and all of whom were brought to the stage for a group photo to rapturous applause from the crowd. But with #TheIncredibles2 set to take place in the same relative time period as the first movie, they can't tease any other movies that are set to come out in 2019 and so on. The project was announced a while back, but with The Incredibles 2 set to hit theaters on June 15, 2018, it feels much more real. A new character named "Yesss" voiced by Taraji P. Henson introduces our video game heroes to a land called "Do you have daddy issues?" one princess asks Vanellope.

Ralph Breaks The Internet: Wreck It Ralph 2 is due to hit theatres on November 21, 2018. "I don't even have a mom", she responds - to which all the princesses reply in unison, "Neither do we!"

Confidence in Nutanix (NTNX) Shares by Goldman Sachs Rise
Following the sale, the executive vice president now owns 129,000 shares of the company's stock, valued at $2,567,100. In other news, EVP David Sangster sold 27,000 shares of the business's stock in a transaction on Thursday, June 29th.

It's unclear if Disney has plans to release this trailer later this weekend or if they're going to wait until San Diego Comic-Con to steal away some of the attention from other studios. The princesses look ready to attack at first, until Vanellope explains that she herself is a princess. And so on. And finally, "Do people assume your problems were solved because a man showed up?" "Shirt!" Merida also chimes in with her heavy Scottish accent, but nobody seems to understand her ("She's from the other studio.").

Just then, C-3PO comes in and tells the princesses they have a show in a few minutes. They call him R2-D2 and then BB-8.

Director Brad Bird and Pixar's John Lasseter were on hand at the D23 animation panel and, courtesy of the Superhero Hype live blog from the event, we have some details about the long-awaited sequel. The clip shows that Jack-Jack ends up having an adorably hilarious encounter with a raccoon, and Bob discovers Jack-Jack has powers and that he has seemingly all of the powers.
