Cosmo DiNardo Confesses To Murdering Four Missing Pennsylvania Men

DiNardo was charged with four counts of criminal homicide, 11 counts of conspiracy, three counts of robbery, four counts of abusing of a corpse, possession of a weapon and possession of an instrument of crime with intent. It is unclear if either man has entered a plea to the charges against them. The only one identified as of Thursday afternoon was that of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro.

A week after four young men disappeared in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and one day after investigators found human remains buried on a nearby farm, the son of the farm's owners confessed to killing all four, his lawyer said on Thursday.

The victims were discovered buried on the sprawling property owned by Dinardo's parents in Solebury Township, according to a statement from the district attorney's office.

"We did find three of those young men buried deep in the ground, buried under an old oil tank that was converted into a cooker about 12 feet deep", Weintraub said. The cause of deaths of those found in the grave has not yet been announced.

The 20-year-old and his cousin, Sean Kratz, also 20, were charged and arraigned for murder on Friday.

Paul Lang, one of DiNardo's defense attorneys, told reporters Thursday the motive for the murders would emerge in time.

"As we are all deeply affected by this news, I encourage you to take care of yourself". "In exchange for that confession, Mr. DiNardo was promised by the district attorney that he will spare his life by not invoking the death penalty".

Following the sale, the executive vice president now owns 129,000 shares of the company's stock, valued at $2,567,100. In other news, EVP David Sangster sold 27,000 shares of the business's stock in a transaction on Thursday, June 29th.

All four deaths are tied to marijuana transactions, according to multiple reports.

Weintraub said he believed Dinardo and Kratz are the only ones involved in the killings, but said more information could change that position.

DiNardo replied: "I know the kid but yeah I feel bad for his parents".

According to court documents, DiNardo and Kratz planned to sell $700 worth of marijuana to Finocchiaro on Friday but instead chose to rob him.

Police charging documents indicate DiNardo agreed to sell four pounds of marijuana to Patrick for $8,000 and picked him up at his home, but Patrick only had $800. DiNardo told detectives he used a backhoe to dig both graves. DiNardo picked Patrick up at home in Newtown and drove him to the property on Lower York Road. The charging documents state that DiNardo told police, "When they turned their backs on me, I shot Tom in the back".

During a deal to sell marijuana later in the night to Meo and Sturgis, DiNardo shot Meo, The Daily Mail said. DiNardo was re-arrested on Wednesday after investigators unearthed a mass grave at the farmland his family owns.

- Later that day, Meo and Sturgis met similar fates in their pursuit of weed.

The shipping service provider reported $4.25 EPS for the quarter, beating analysts' consensus estimates of $3.88 by $0.37. Following the sale, the executive vice president now directly owns 37,491 shares in the company, valued at $1,967,527.68.

Dinardo then drove the backhoe over Meo and "basically crushes him", Kratz told police, according to the complaint.

Kratz, then 19, of Susquehanna Road in Ambler, was arrested on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of a controlled substance on December 9 at Macy's in the Willow Grove Park Mall.

Earlier this year, authorities charged DiNardo with possessing a firearm despite an involuntary mental health commitment.

"They are down 12 foot deep in a hole that is getting deeper by the minute", District Attorney Matthew Weintraub said.

Thomas Meo, 21, of Plumstead, is one of four missing men that police from several departments are looking for in Bucks County. DiNardo's bail was set at $5 million in cash, the highest the judge said she has ever set. A second suspect has also been arrested. One stems from a December 2016 incident that resulted in the filing of burglary, criminal trespassing, theft, receiving stolen property, and other charges.

"That will come out in time".
