Connecticut's Sen. Blumenthal wants to question Trump Jr. at committee

It could just be a coincidence that the Obama Administration let Natalia Veselnitskaya enter the United States to meet with Donald Trump, Jr. The president's son tweeted Monday that he would work with the panel.

On Thursday, Republicans on the House Appropriations Committee voted unanimously to block two amendments to address members of the Trump administration who are under investigation for possibly conspiring with Russian Federation, particularly Trump's son-in-law and close adviser, Jared Kushner. He said he is voluntarily appearing before the panel and looks forward to "sharing with them everything I know".

The revelation of the meeting would be the most tangible evidence yet of a connection between Mr Trump's campaign and Russian Federation, a subject that has also prompted an investigation by a federal special counsel.

"Something could happen with respect to the Paris accord", Trump said.

The Magnitsky Act, passed with bipartisan support in 2012, froze USA assets of Russians purportedly involved in the detention and suspicious death of whistle-blowing attorney Sergei Magnitsky in a Russian prison in 2009. Four U.S. intelligence agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and CIA, reported in January that Putin ordered an influence campaign, including cyberattacks against Democratic National Committee servers, to tip the election in favor of Trump.

South African watchdog says Zuma should open graft probe
SAP's worldwide office has initiated an independent investigation into contracts awarded by SAP South Africa. The Guptas, Indian-born South Africans, and Zuma have denied wrongdoing.

"I'm going out on a limb here-but I would say I think it would be in the president's best interest if he removed all of his children from the White House", Texas representative Bill Flores told local television on Thursday.

Trump Jr. asked the attorney if she had sufficient evidence to back up her claims, including whether she could demonstrate the flow of the money. End up in a fistfight with somebody, OK?'

The committee hopes to determine whether Russian employed social media "trolls" that were connected to the Trump campaign.

"There doesn't seem to be any ethical standard in the White House", Democratic House minority leader Nancy Pelosi tweeted on Thursday.

President Donald Trump is addressing the controversy over his eldest son's meeting with a Russian attorney during last year's presidential campaign. The person Futerfas spoke to told the lawyer that he was not working for the Russian government, according to NBC. However, the emails his son received pitched her as one.

Grand Alliance intact, allegations a conspiracy: Tejashwi Yadav
Lalu Yadav's son, Tejashwi Yadav, is Deputy Chief Minister; both are accused by the CBI of an illicit land deal. JD (U) has 71 members, nine short of alliance partner RJD, who have 80 seats in a 243-member Bihar assembly.

President Trump says the woman is a private lawyer who has "roamed the hallways" of the US Congress.

Senator Grassley, in a press release outlining his potential questions to former FBI Director James Comey, notes that the FBI planned "to hire former British spy Christopher Steele to investigate Donald Trump during the presidential campaign, even though the FBI was aware that he was being paid by Democrat political operatives to conduct opposition research on Trump".

Congressional and federal investigators are scrutinising alleged Russian meddling in the U.S. election.

The invitation to Trump Jr. comes a day after Grassley said the committee wants to hear from Paul Manafort, who ran Trump's presidential campaign for a time. A few months later, she was granted rare entry by the Department of Justice under Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
